Dropshipping
Our dropshipping accounts are now available in BETA through the end of 2012. During the beta period there will be no monthly fees, just a one-time fee that includes set-up and access through 12/31/12. Our dropshipping accounts utilize the inventory and functionality of our Online Store (http://shop.bresoftware.com). All inventory that is available through our wholesale accounts are available through our dropshipping accounts. The discounts and pricing through our dropshipping accounts are the same as our wholesale accounts. By creating a dropshipping account you will receive the following benefits that aren't available to wholesale accounts:
- Purchase at wholesale rates with no minimum order
- Better shipping rates on smaller shipments
- Additional shipping methods not available to wholesale accounts
The following are the differences between each type of dropshipping account:
BASIC Beta
- Web access to inventory (Search/Browse website to see available inventory)
$75.00 (includes setup and service through 12/31/12)
DELUXE Beta
- Web access to inventory
- FTP access to inventory feed (updated hourly). You will be provided with hostname, username and password to download by FTP. Add $50 for FTP tutorial webinar.
$100.00 (includes setup and service through 12/31/12)
ADVANCED Beta
- Web access to inventory
- FTP access to inventory feed (updated hourly). You will be provided with hostname, username and password to download by FTP. Add $50 for FTP tutorial webinar.
- API access to live inventory. Sample code provided. No additional documentation provided. If you don't know how to use an API don't even consider this option.

The type of dropshipping account you choose will determine the method(s) you will have available for querying our inventory. Please see the following links for a sample and explanation of our inventory feeds:

You are welcome to use the image URLs as listed in the inventory feed for your own purposes.
PRODUCTS
All of the items in our Online Store are available for dropshipping. Under our previous dropshipping subscriptions, available products were limited to used games. In addition to used games, the following products are also available: New Release Games, New & Used Consoles, New & Used Accessories.
ORDERING
All dropshipping orders will be placed through our Online Store using your dropshipping account. If you have an existing wholesale account in our Online Store, we can convert it to a dropshipping account or you can create a separate dropshipping account using a different email address.
SHIPPING
All dropshipping orders will be shipped without a packing slip or invoice. The shipping label on dropshipping orders will contain the following return address information:

Through your dropshipping account, you will be able to place orders for delivery to the United States, Canada and most large countries. Italy and Brazil are two countries that we don't ship to. A list of available "Ship to" countries is not available outside the checkout process from our online store. See our online store and attempt to create a retail account in the country you are interested in shipping to if this is a question before creating your dropshipping account.
The shipping options and shipping rates available will be displayed during the checkout process based on the destination address and the weight of the shipment. This information is calculated in real time and not available prior to the checkout process. We encourage you to do a couple "practice orders" up to, but not including the final checkout to learn more on shipping options and rates. We do not ship on your account with any shipping couriers. Beginning in 2013, if your purchasing volume warrants it, we will consider custom dropshipping and shipping options for your business/account.
PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted for dropshipping orders. We only accept US/Canada based credit cards, your billing address must be in the United States or Canada. We do not accept international credit cards. We do not keep your credit card on file, you will enter credit card information on each order placed. PayPal is not accepted. Store credit from our Stock Balancing System may be used as payment for dropshipping orders.
DEMO ACCOUNT
Due to the setup involved with the dropshipping accounts, we are not able to offer demo accounts. We can offer a 14 day trial for a basic account for $25.00. If you would like to find out more on the pricing through dropshipping accounts, you can create a WHOLESALE ACCOUNT with the understanding that the product pricing for dropshipping and wholesale accounts is the same.
2013 and beyond
We anticipate offering the same 3 dropshipping account types with a monthly fee in January 2013. For those that have have existing dropshipping accounts there won't be any setup fees unless you want to change your account type. For those businesses that have sufficient volume we will consider custom dropshipping options.

2. Select the type of dropshipping account and use secure checkout form:
