What does BRE Software sell? BRE Software sells new and used video games, video game systems and accessories. Does BRE Software do pre-orders or special orders? Due to the nature of the used video game business, we are unable to pre-order or special order specific titles. What do NEW, USED and DISC/CART ONLY mean? NEW games are just that! Brand new, factory sealed games straight from the manufacturer. USED games include the original display box, original instructions and are re-shrinkwrapped. All USED games (including DISC/CART ONLY) include a 90 Day Warranty against defects. DISC/CART ONLY. The DISC/CART ONLY games are a lower priced alternative to our regular line of used video games. The DISC/CART ONLY games do not include original boxes or instructions. The DISC ONLY games are packaged in jewel cases and the CART ONLY games do not include any packaging. Does BRE Software sell Import games? No. We only sell Region 1 (United States and Canada) NTSC formatted games, video game hardware and accessories. Does BRE Software sell M or AO Rated games? We sell new and used video games with ESRB Ratings of EC-M with a few exceptions. Games that are rated M but still contain material that some may find worthy of an AO rating are not carried in store. In addition, any person wishing to purchase a game with an M rating must be 17 years of age or older. Proof of age (i.e. a valid CA ID) may be required. Any person under the age of 17 wishing to purchase a game with an M rating must have permission from an accompanying parent or guardian 18 years of age or older. |
