Locally owned and operated in Fresno, CA since 1986, BRE Software initially sold computer software and supplies.  In 1989, BRE Software began buying and selling used video games.  Since then, BRE Software has become a leader in the used video game industry providing products and services not only to California's Central Valley, but throughout the United States.

Since 1990, BRE Software has operated a retail store located on the northwest corner of Blackstone and Nees in north Fresno.  That location continues to do what BRE Software is best known for:  buying and selling used video games, game consoles, and game accessories covering all platforms from the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) through the current generation of PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Sony PSP and Nintendo DS consoles.
